Let's shake it up!
The Cedar Lounge team recently swapped the bar counter for a touch of luxury as we headed off to a Hennessy Masterclass—an afternoon dedicated to craftsmanship, flavour, and a deeper appreciation of one of the world’s most iconic cognacs.
From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was all about discovery. We learned the rich history behind the Hennessy brand, explored how its eaux-de-vie are carefully selected and blended, and got an insider’s look at what makes each bottle so unique. The tasting session was a clear favourite, with our staff comparing notes, discovering new flavours, and maybe even finding a new personal favourite.
It wasn’t all lectures and sipping—there was plenty of fun, laughter, and the kind of team bonding that reminds us why we love working together. Experiences like this help us bring even more knowledge (and passion!) back to The Cedar Lounge.
